Tomorrow November 13, celebrated Hawaiian filmmaker Tom Vendetti will premiere his newest documentary film, “When the Mountain Calls: Nepal-Tibet-Bhutan” at the Doris Duke Theater in Honolulu. The film shares personal experiences from Vendetti’s thirty years of traveling through the Himalayan region.
Author Ann Mortifee will read a selection from her new book “In Love with Mystery” before the screening. She will be accompanied by Grammy-award-winning Paul Horn on flute.
